THE GULF COAST PARTNERSHIP IS ACCEPTING AND CONSIDERING PROPOSALS FROM ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED HUD COC FUNDING FOR THE CURRENT HUD NOTICE OF FUNDING (NOFA) 2019

Also, we at the GCP want to make sure that everyone has all of the information they need to submit proposals for the current RFP.
First, if you are applying for a new project and do not have data to supply, then put N/A and explain that you do not have data yet to submit for this proposal.
