Chantal Phillips has worked for the Charlotte County Public Schools for the past 30 years. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University. Her work experience in Charlotte County includes serving as a school social worker, and since moving into administration, develops and supports dropout prevention programs district wide, manages the Homeless Education and Foster Care Programs as well as services provided by School Social Workers, including attendance, child abuse and risk assessment protocols and the Check and Connect mentoring program. Chantal serves on several committees (CHIP, Together Charlotte, GCP, Charlotte Alliance, and TURN) and chairs the school district Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) Core Team.
