Intake is one of the most important parts of helping a person in need get the help and support necessary to support them quickly and effectively. The tools below are used by caseworkers to begin their journey with a new client. The following projects are available: Veteran Affairs (VA), Coordinated Entry Access Point (CEAP), Homeless Prevention (HP), Other (OTH), Permanent Housing (PH), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), Transitional Housing (TH), Emergency Shelter (ES), Safe Haven (SH), and Street Outreach (SO).
