Effective case management requires dedication, training, and the ability to work with clients to help them set and achieve their goals.  Kelly Hunter, Director of Coordinated Services for Gulf Coast Partnership, led the first of seven training courses this past week focusing on making sure local case managers have the best tools available to improve the lives of the clients they serve.  Our goal is to house the homeless and make them self-sustainable for a lifetime.  By ensuring our partners have the tools and training they need to effectively help clients, we take one step closer to achieving the goal of preventing and ending homelessness Charlotte County.
