The Charlotte County Collective (C3) is operated by the Gulf Coast Partnership as Lead Agency for the Continuum of Care and is composed of social service agencies throughout Charlotte County, Florida with the aim of serving low-income, homeless or at risk of becoming homeless individuals, families and veterans, and people in need.
