One Charlotte Access Points offer an effective way to house homeless individuals and families in Charlotte County

Coordinated Entry is a process that allows access, assessment, prioritization, and referral for homeless persons to housing based on needs and vulnerability.  We are excited to launch the new Access Point Locator on the Gulf Coast Partnership website at https://gulfcoastpartnership.org/access-points/.  This tool allows users to search for open One Charlotte Access Points nearest to them based on local time and user location.  Thanks to 2-1-1, we are able to provide 24-hour coverage to Charlotte County.

Currently, the Gulf Coast Partnership has partnered with the following agencies to provide  access to the One Charlotte Coordinated Entry Process:

The Homeless Coalition
Charlotte County Human Services
2-1-1
Jewish Family & Children’s Service
Volunteers of America
Jesus Loves You Ministry
