August 31, 2017 – Gulf Coast Partnership notified all Project Applicants of application status via email and telephone
September 11, 2017 – Approved Project Applications must be completely entered into E-Snaps by Applicant Agency

the Continuum of Care Application must be submitted to HUD in E-Snaps

One HMIS Renewal project was submitted. In accordance with t

he Gulf Coast Partnership Scoring Policy HMIS is automatically given the ranking of Tier 1 Project #1. Performance of the HMIS Lead Agency was reviewed and the Gulf Coast Partnership shall continue to administer HMIS in the upcoming renewal application.

Additionally, there was One renewal project submitted from Jewish Family and Children Services (JFCS) for continuation of their Rapid Re-Housing Project (Building Strong Families). JFCS also submitted One Rapid Re-Housing Project Application under the permanent supportive housing bonus.

After a Comprehensive Review of the Submitted Applications Against the Following Scoring Criterion:

  1. Coordinated Entry Participation
  2. Housing First and Low Barrier Implementation
  3. Documented, secured Match
  4. Project Cost Reasonableness
  5. Project Financial Feasibility
  6. Participants Activity and Participation in the CoC
  7. Application Completeness
  8. Data Consistency and Accuracy
  9. Bed/Unit Utilization Rates of at or above 95%
  10. Acceptability of Organizational Audit/Financials
  11. Documentation of Applicant Financial Stability
