Health & Human Services

While providing basic needs and means to live are essential to our mission, the Gulf Coast Partnership and its partners also seek to improve and protect the health and well-being of everyone we serve.

By using an integrated care model that unites our community partners in an effort to get help to those who need it most, we are able to use our resources more effectively and help more people in need quicker.

The GCP supports community partners such as Charlotte County Human Services and Charlotte County Behavioral Health.
